Whether you are completely new to Pilates or Gyrotonic, or more experienced, we ask that all of our new clients have a private introduction to our studio.

This session allows us to get to know one another and more specifically how your body moves. This time also gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have about us and our teaching methods.

During the assessment we will go through your health and exercise history and discuss your fitness and wellbeing requirements. At the end of this hour we will decide together the most effective programme to achieve your goals.

Be ready to move though because as well as making notes about what you need – you will be working out too!
