It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner, an athlete, full of beans or knackered, private work can be scaled up or down to match your mood and requirements in that moment. With a Gyrotonic Tower and full Pilates studio equipment, there is plenty of variety to keep you moving and getting stronger and more relaxed.

Private sessions are also great enhancement to shared classes. When there isn’t enough time to unravel individual questions fully in a group, get sorted in a one to one and watch the efficiency of your shared classes sky rocket.
