Xavier has always been interested in sports and movement and worked as ski coach in his native Spain, training youngsters for all levels of competition. He was then introduced to the Pilates Method due to a back injury and benefited so much from the method, not only for the management of his back pain but also his general fitness and wellbeing that he decided to train with The Pilates Foundation.

Xavier also practices Gyrotonic, yoga, contemporary dance and ballet which all help enhance his understanding of movement and general body awareness.

I’m passionate about continuously learning more about the body’s biomechanics and the benefits of movement and Pilates for clients’ general fitness and wellbeing.
